Our policy
Every VibeSlash piece is made or packed for your order. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and that includes the wrong size. Please check the size details on the product page before you order.
If something’s wrong
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or it’s the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We’ll replace it or refund you, and it won’t cost you anything.
How to start
Use the Contact page to send your order number and photos. Please don’t mail anything back unless we ask you to. If we need the item returned, we’ll send the address and cover the shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We review claims within about 7 business days, and your bank or card decides how fast the refund shows up after that.
Never returnable
Leggings, tights, underwear, socks, and other intimate items can’t be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or wrong.
